Shipping

Domestic Shipping (for orders shipped within the United States)

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.

Standard shipping is $ for $9.95 orders under $100 and free for orders over $100 to all destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). In order to qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must be $100 or more after discounts have been applied and will be automatically applied to your total at checkout. Qualifying purchase amount of $100 does not include shipping or taxes.

Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless of the purchase amount. The surcharge will be noted on the product page. Brands with non-standard, oversize and freight shipping include UPPAbaby and BABYZEN.

Unfortunately we do not ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO/ DPO addresses.

Returns

Standard shipping packages arrive within 5-7 business days. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return.
  • Car seats and strollers in new and unused condition with all original packaging, warranty and registration information included may be exchanged or returned within 30 days.
  • All gift cards are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thepiccolinashop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
